With the 2nd test being played in the Caribbean - WI versus England because of a soft out field. Only 10 balls were bowled when umpires management captains and administrators decided to not finish test. This on the 13th Feb.
The third test was played today at Antigua, rain though has interrupted play


This is not the first time that a match has been abandoned in the Windies because of the pitch - there was a test about 10 years ago that had to be abandoned soon after it started. From memory, the English batsmen just kept getting hit, and it just became too dangerous.
